We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair while accounting for tickets and arrangements made in advance for each tour.
14 days or more before the tour
Full refund (100%)
7–13 days before the tour
50% refund
6 days or less before the tour
No refund

How to cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact Sumo Sensei directly. The cancellation date is based on the date and time your cancellation request is received.
No-shows and late arrivals
No refunds will be provided for guests who do not arrive for the tour or arrive too late to participate.
If Sumo Sensei cancels the tour
If Sumo Sensei needs to cancel a tour, guests will receive a full refund of the tour price.
Cancellation of the Sumo Tournament
If the sumo tournament itself is for whatever reason cancelled or the event is unable to take place due to circumstances beyond our control, Sumo Sensei will provide information regarding the available options, including any applicable refund.
